All American Boys by Jason Reynolds and Brendan Kiely is about a young teen black boy who is in a store and when an incident happens, he has an encounter with a cop. A white boy teen sees this who is friends with the cop. Does he come forward and tell what he saw? Did the black boy do anything wrong?I thought this book was pretty good, but it's more of a thought provoking book than action.
